HNS Announces Gray’s Tree Service Transaction
HNS Partners (“HNS”) is pleased to announce that Gray’s Tree Service ("Gray’s" or "the Company") has partnered with a leading tree service platform to facilitate the next chapter of growth and transformation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded by Gil Gray in 1995, Gray’s is the leading tree service company in central Alabama and the largest in the state. The Company’s recognizable brand and outstanding reputation make it the service provider of choice in its current geographic footprint. With the largest team and equipment fleet in its market, Gray’s clients include some of the region’s largest companies, hospitals, school systems, municipalities and homeowners.
