The Main Line transaction marks the third HNS-led transaction that created a pool services platform, reinforcing the firm’s position as the leading advisor in pool industry consolidation. Pool service clients that engage HNS after receiving a proprietary offer have historically closed at an enterprise value that is on average 75% higher than their initial offer.
